Product Questions

Q: What materials are your jackets and coats made of?

Our jackets are made from genuine sheepskin, goatskin or cowhide leather from trusted tanneries. Sheepskin is soft and lightweight, goatskin (including suede) is supple yet durable, and cowhide is the thickest and most rugged. The exact material for each jacket is listed on its product page. A few styles, such as our puffers, vests and wool coats, are made from nylon or wool blends and are marked as such.

Q: Is your leather genuine or synthetic?

All of our leather jackets are made from 100% genuine leather. We do not sell faux or synthetic leather.

Q: Are your jackets suitable for different seasons?

Yes. We carry lighter, unlined styles that work well in spring and early fall, and lined or shearling styles that keep you warm through fall and winter.

Q: Do you have jackets for both men and women?

Yes. You can shop our full Men's and Women's collections.

Q: Are your jackets water-resistant?

Leather naturally handles light rain or snow, but it is not waterproof. Avoid wearing your jacket in heavy rain, and if it gets wet, follow the drying steps in the care section below.

Q: Is the leather smell normal?

Yes. Genuine leather has a natural scent that fades over time. Airing the jacket out in a well-ventilated space for a day or two helps.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I find my size?

Use our Size Chart, available in both centimeters and inches. Measure your chest, waist and arm length, or measure a jacket you already own and compare. If you are between sizes or plan to layer a hoodie underneath, we suggest going one size up. Still unsure? Email us and we will help you pick the right size.

Q: Will my leather jacket stretch?

Real leather relaxes and molds to your body over time, especially around the shoulders and elbows. A jacket that feels slightly snug at first will usually feel just right after a few wears.

Q: What are custom sizes?

Some sizes are made to order just for you. These are marked on the product page when you select the size. Custom-size orders take extra production time and are non-refundable, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Ordering & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order.

Q: How long will my order take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

If installment options (such as Shop Pay Installments) are available for your order, you will see them at checkout. They let you split your purchase into smaller payments.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of being placed. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Q: What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, in original condition and with all tags attached. Custom-size orders are non-refundable. See Returns & Exchanges for full details.

Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I clean my leather jacket?

Wipe off dust and light marks with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Never machine wash or tumble dry leather. For deep stains, use a professional leather cleaner. For suede, use a suede brush and eraser rather than water.

Q: How should I store it?

Hang your jacket on a wide, padded hanger so it keeps its shoulder shape. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use a breathable garment bag rather than plastic so the leather can breathe.

Q: What if my jacket gets wet?

Blot off excess water with a soft towel and let it air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use a hair dryer or heater, as direct heat can dry out and crack the leather. Once dry, apply a leather conditioner to restore softness.

Q: How often should I condition the leather?

Every 6 to 12 months is enough for most jackets, or whenever the leather starts to feel dry. Test any conditioner on a small hidden area first, and keep the jacket out of long periods of direct sunlight. Suede should not be conditioned with regular leather products.
